Select your country or territory and choose a sales CSV. Currency fills automatically; you can adjust it for a different billing currency.
Countries and territories use ISO 3166-1 codes. The suggested currency comes from Unicode CLDR; edit it if your sales use another currency.Values are labelled in the chosen currency, never converted. Use one currency per file.Up to 5 MB and 100,000 rows. Example CSV (GBP) · Example CSV (INR).Selected files are read locally. The tool does not upload them or combine them with ONS market statistics.

Data checks
Rows with missing order IDs, invalid dates or non-positive sales values are excluded and counted. Identical-looking rows are flagged but retained because they may be valid separate line items. Repeat rate counts identified customers with at least two distinct valid order IDs. The tool does not calculate profit or validate refunds. Do not upload a sensitive file to a shared computer.

Great Britain only; this is not UK-wide or your retailer’s sales.

Bars use a 20–35% visual scale to show monthly differences. These are national market measures, not your uploaded sales. The ONS may revise previous months; no later month is assumed before it is released.

No verified nationwide online-retail share series is included for India. The ONDC data below measure orders on that network only, not all Indian e-commerce.

No verified country-specific online-retail series has been added for this selection. The site will not substitute another country’s figures or invent a market estimate.

Retail campaign planner Choose currency
Estimate orders, incremental sales, contribution after campaign spend and the conversion rate needed to break even. Try the example, then replace every input with your own figures.
Enter valid numbers within the ranges shown.
At these assumptions, estimated contribution covers campaign spend.
Conversion sensitivity
| Case | Conversion | Extra sales | Contribution after spend |
|---|
Assumptions are illustrative and may not match actual behaviour. Contribution after spend = expected extra sales × gross margin − campaign spend. It is not net profit: returns, VAT, overhead, fulfillment and other costs are excluded. Break-even conversion assumes each conversion makes one additional order. No personal data or inputs are sent to a server.

How to interpret these numbers
Your CSV gives positive sales line value, distinct orders, average order value and identified customer repeat rate in the currency you choose. Period comparisons use only rows in your file. Customer ID is optional for the repeat-customer rate. A single currency is assumed across the file, and incomplete months may distort comparisons. It is analysed in your browser and is not sent to this static site. The campaign planner is a scenario using your assumptions, not a prediction.
The market panel follows your country selection. Great Britain uses monthly ONS internet sales statistics; the United States uses quarterly U.S. Census e-commerce estimates. The two series have different periods and definitions and should not be ranked directly. India links to ONDC network data without treating those orders as nationwide retail. Other countries show an explicit coverage state until a verified series is added. Figures are saved releases, not live feeds, and remain separate from uploaded sales.
